Contact form and consultations
When you use the Contact page, we store your name, email, optional phone number and message so we can respond. If you book a consultation, the meeting is added to our Google Calendar and an invitation is sent to your email.
GP Multimedia Concierge
The Concierge is a guided set of buttons that points you to our services and portfolio. It does not use artificial intelligence and does not save which buttons you tap. To prevent spam, we keep a short-lived count of quote requests tied to a scrambled (hashed) form of your network address; it contains no personal details and expires within a day.
Quote requests
If you choose to send a quote request from the Concierge, only the details shown in the summary you approve (such as your name, email, phone, company, project type, location, timeframe and goals) are saved, so we can prepare a custom quote. Nothing is sent without you pressing Send request.
How we use your information
We use these details only to respond to you and discuss your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Retention and your choices
Messages and quote requests are kept while they are useful for working with you. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email gmprivratsky@gmail.com.
